There may be instances you might want to download a document, whether it's to attach it to another item, for referencing the file, or perhaps a catalog has been sent to your Access Capture by Lightyear account and you want to download it to review later. You can click on the download icon

in Panel 3 as shown below. Whatever you need it for, it will now download locally to your device.

Alternatively, if for any reason you need a printed copy of any PDF that's been sent into Access Capture by Lightyear, you can easily print this from any tray when viewing the invoice.

To do this, simply select the bill you want to print, in any tray, and click the print icon

on the image preview in Panel 3.

This will open your print menu, allowing you to print a copy to any printers you're currently connected to.
