You may want to set a source file for your Access Capture by Lightyear downloads, that is different from your regular downloads folder.
From within Google Chrome, you can select the option to choose a folder destination when you download a File from Access Capture by Lightyear. This can be found under Settings then Advanced click Downloads then Ask where to save each file before downloading.
