We can't see your data unless you invite us to. If you'd like to give us temporary access, it's easy to do.
Go to **Company Settings**, click **Allow Lightyear Support**, then click **Yes**, as shown below.
Only admins can enable or disable this feature.
When this box is checked, the support team will be able to log into your account with a User profile called "Lightyear Support", and they will have full Administrator access for as long as this is enabled. Set this back to No as soon as the need for Support access is over.
