Images from email signatures are being imported as though they were invoices

Access Capture by Lightyear will import any image attached to an email whose size is 500 x 500 pixels or greater.

If this has recently started happening then it is likely that any previous images used in a signature did not meet the requirements for being considered an invoice and so were ignored. However, if any new signature image meets these requirements then it will be treated as a potential invoice and imported.

This size requirement is not currently configurable, so you will need to contact the producer of the image for your signature and request one that is a similar size in number of pixels to any previous signature images that were ignored. Another option might be auto forwarding from an email account which has no signature.
