Updated Colours
You may notice Access Capture by Lightyear has a fresh coat of paint throughout that updates some of the colours from navy to teal, and some existing greens/reds/greys changing to slightly different shades.
This is the start of some ongoing work to freshen up and modernise Access Capture by Lightyear in certain areas. You'll see some more updates rolling out in the next few weeks and months.
Please Note: The articles throughout this Knowledge Base contain screenshots with the old colours/designs, these will be updated once all the changes are rolled out.
Bug Fixes
Bank Details Checker
The Bank Details Checker was displaying as a perfect match in scenarios where one element of the Bank Details was missing, e.g., if the Supplier had a Sort Code/BSB and Account Number saved, but a Map was only extracting Account Number, it was flagging green instead of orange.
Rounding Bells
Some users were experiencing intermittent issues with Rounding Bells disappearing when clicking between documents within the Bill Approvals Workflow. This has been resolved to make the bells consistently appear unless dismissed or actioned.

Permissions
We have added some extra Permissions to give Admins better control over what users see in each Access Capture by Lightyear account.
The new permissions are:
Bill Archive - give users visibility of the bills/credit notes/receipts in the account
Purchase Order Archive - give users visibility of the POs in the account
Expense Archive - give users visibility of the expenses/expense reports in the account
Statements - give users visibility of the statements in the account
If you have Departments on, this will apply to the Bill Archive and PO Archive permissions.

Supplier - Keyword Rule Search
Within the Supplier page, if you have Keyword Rules enabled, you can now make use of a Search to quickly and easily find the Keyword Rule you're looking for.
This is particularly useful when you have multiple pages of Keywords to look through.
Please Note: This search is only applicable on the Doc Keyword column, it will not search any Accounts/Approvers/Categories
Price Checker Visibility
Up until now, the Price Checker colours have only been visible in Approvals, and when enabled, Review.
We have added this to the Signed Off and Archive tabs to give you full visibility of the checked price throughout your workflow.
