Access Capture by Lightyear is a web based application and updates will be automatically downloaded. If the security in place on internet blocks these updates then this error will be seen.
Please speak to your local IT team as there will be a Access Capture by Lightyear update which is not getting through your proxy. Once this has been fixed by your local IT team, you will be able to login to Access Capture by Lightyear successfully.
